How to order
By website: You can place an order directly on our secure & protected website www.apmotorsport.co.uk at any time by using PayPal or Bank transfer via the 'manual' payment method at the checkout.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been placed.
If the order was processed manually allowing you to send a bank transfer, you will then be required to send payment via the payment details advised to you in the order instructions after the order has been processed.
By e-mail: You can e-mail us at email@example.com with regard to general sales enquiries or quotations such as shipping charges and delivery times.
Ordering can also be done via email, you will receive an invoice custom to your parts required.
If parts are being sent to EU countries we can remove the 20% UK VAT if you provide us with a valid EU VAT number from your business.
If parts are being sent to the rest of the world you will automatically have 20% UK VAT removed from the price seen on the store. However, the store cannot remove the 20% from the price so you must contact us before ordering if you wish for this 20% reduction. This is best done via email: firstname.lastname@example.org

Payments: We accept Bank transfer and PayPal as our main forms of payment.
Bank Transfer: We are happy to accept bank transfers direct into our account. If wishing to pay by this method please e-mail your order to us so we can confirm the total price against your order and clarify delivery times.
We will then reply to you, including our bank details, to allow you to make the transfer. Please also include your full contact details and address with any order and email a confirmation to us once the transfer has been made.
Credit cards: We accept this form of payment. For large amounts it is best to speak with us first.

NOTE: If you do not send payment by Friend/ Family and you require a refund then we must charge 2.9% of the total Invoice. This charge is the standard charge that is set by PayPal for refunding.
This is one of the reasons why we ask for payment to be sent by Friend/ Family method in case a refund is required.
Collecting goods: If you wish to visit us and collect your parts please call us before you set out so we can check availability to prevent you having a wasted journey.
Carriage charges: UK mainland Postage and packaging charges for most items will be between £6.50 and £20.00. The exception to these guidelines will be large items such as bumpers and full body kits where due to their size can cost up to £40.00 to deliver.
For Worldwide shipping costs please contact us for individual quotations before ordering, our website is not always accurate.
Security checks: Please note that due to the ever increasing numbers of fraudulent orders, all orders placed will be subject to security checks to confirm their validity. Any fraudulent details we receive which are trying to be used to obtain parts will be passed onto the relevant authorities. We take credit card fraud extremely seriously and are unable to process orders until these requirements have been satisfied.
Delivery addresses: We are only able to deliver parts to the registered card holders address or to a registered business address. We are not able to send parts to a third party residential address unless you contact us in advance.
Discounts: We currently offer no club discounts but often have price reductions at particular times. If you wish to organise a group buy please get in touch and we can organise a price breakdown which you can list on the relevant forum or social media site.
Deposits: Deposits are non-refundable.
Should a deposit be made to us for securing or pre-ordering a part, then we reserve the right to keep this amount.
Warranty/guarantee: Motorsport parts generally do not come with any warranty due to the natural of the use.
Most of our new or used parts come with a 7 day guarantee from the purchase date and in the unlikely event you will experience a problem with any parts please call or email us ASAP so we may help you resolve the problem or send you a replacement. We will do our best to help you resolve the problem as quickly and efficiently as possible. We may require the part sending back to us and if the part is faulty we will refund the cost of the postage to you. Please be sure to send a copy of your purchase invoice or your details with the parts when returning it to us. All warranties are non-transferable upon change of ownership.
Missing components: It is important to check your goods when you take delivery of them. If you are missing anything we must be notified ASAP and within 30 days of receiving the goods.
Damages/ liability: APMotorsport is not responsible for any accidents or damages caused by any new or used part supplied which is fitted to ones vehicle. Please take extra car when installing and use only qualified mechanics to inspect, install or maintain any part. It is your responsibility to inspect the part prior to installation to check for any faults or flaws.
Store photographs: Sometimes the photographs in the listing found in the store will be for illustration only. This means the item you receive could differ slightly to the product you see listed. We try to keep it as accurate as possible but this can be difficult when product design and alterations are made.
Cancelled orders: APMotorsport has the right to cancel or amend an order if there is an error with product, pricing or shipping costs. APMotorsport has the right to disagree with any returns that they feel is unfairly acted upon. Outward carriage from APMotorsport to the consumer is applicable for refund only. Goods returned must be in original packaging and be unused and in saleable condition.
Returns: If an item is being returned for a refund of surcharge, exchange or refund then we will need you to comply with the following points:
Any exchange items must be in serviceable condition. If they are not re-usable we will not be able to issue the refund.
A copy of the original purchase invoice must be included with any part being sent back to enable us to carry out any refund. We will also need to know the reason for the item being returned.
Any part that is returned to us, unused, for a refund or credit must be in "as new condition". Any part that is not received back in a "resalable condition" can not be considered for a refund or credit.
We are not able to accept any unused parts back for a refund after 28 days from the original date of dispatch.
Items returned within 7 days of receipt are done so at the consumers cost.
We are unable to refund any carriage costs incurred if parts have been incorrectly ordered by the customer after a 7 day period.
Any parts supplied to customer's unique specifications are not eligible for return.
Goods supplied on exchange basis, must be returned within 10 days in order to receive the exchange fee refund in full.
Any cancelled orders that are placed could still occur a 10-40% charge prior to dispatch as these may be regarded as special order which are made to order items.
Any orders to be returned after receiving them could still occur a 15-30% charge if the goods have been ordered by error or no longer needing them.
Refunds: We will endeavour to carry out refunds within 20 working days of the items being returned to us.
The new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) comes into effect on 25th May 2018.
APMotorsport can confirm that we hold Customer/Company details within our accounting system to enable us to provide products and services. This information includes some or all of the following;
Customer/Company Contact Numbers and Email Addresses
Customer/Company Vat Number and Bank Details
This data will only be used by APMotorsport. We do not pass on any client or associates details to any third party organisation, without express permission.
You have the right as data subjects to see and/or have your data amended or deleted from our records.
Please contact our Data Manager if you wish to do so or if you need to discuss any other aspect of our data handling.
