BMW E92 M3 Carbon Doors

E92 M3 - Carbon Front Doors 
 
Constructed from full carbon fibre these E92 M3 carbon doors are extremely lightweight only weighing 4 KG per door vs 30KG + for the original metal door. 
 
The fitment is 100% identical to the original metal doors and requires no door panels as these are intergrated into the door.
 
Some features:
Outer skin is made with a 5 mm foam core in vacuum
Inner part of the door with various threaded inserts for door lock, carbon door handles, carbon fiber lid fitted for handhole
Inside carbon door handle
All loading areas are reinforced
Foaming the door cavity is availiable
Weight/door: ca. approx 4 kg (not foamed)
Original mirrors is compatible
Door locks via an oblong hole in the inside of the door padlockable
High accuracy and no rework required
 
The doors are 100% carbon fibre and come with gel coat. If you want carbon optic (raw carbon) on the front you must contact us for a price.
