BMW E36 M3 Carbon Rear Boot

E36 M3 - Carbon Rear Trunk Tailgate (CFRP)
 
Constructed from full carbon fibre this E36 bootlid is extremely lightweight only weighing 3.5 KG and saves a huge amount of weight over the factory metal version. 
 
The fitment is 100% identical to the original metal bootlid and due to the material and manufacturing process the stength and structure remains exceptionally strong and rigid. 
 
Some features:
Outer skin of the rear cover is made with a 3 mm foam core in vacuum
Compatible with original lock
All loading areas of the trunk lid are built reinforced
Weight: ca. 3,5 kg
High accuracy and no rework required
Optional - Extra carbon reinforcement for mounting of a rear wing
Optional - Made without gel coat. No Clear coat applied.
 
Note: the bootlid does not come in carbon optics like the photos, it comes only with gel coat so needs paint but it is still 100% carbon fibre.
